Contract
Bookings on this website are made through our booking engine (WebHotelier) and are concluded with Filoxenia Group – ΑΡΓΥΡΗΣ ΕΜΜΑΝΟΥΗΛ ΓΙΑΝΝΑΚΟΠΟΥΛΟΣ Ο.Ε. (VAT no. 801762694), operator of Noème Santorini, Perissa 847 03, Santorini, licence no. ΜΗ.Τ.Ε. 1167Κ13000351000. A booking is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email.
Rates and payment
Rates are per room per night, in euro, and include VAT and all taxes except the climate crisis resilience fee, which Greek law requires guests to pay at the hotel; the amount per night depends on the hotel category and the season and is shown before you confirm. Each rate states whether it is prepaid or guaranteed with a payment card, and whether breakfast is included. Payment terms are shown before you confirm and in your confirmation email.
Cancellation and no-show
Cancellation terms depend on the rate you choose. Non-refundable rates are charged in full at the time of booking and cannot be cancelled or changed. Standard rates can be cancelled free of charge up to the deadline shown in the booking engine and in your confirmation; later cancellations and no-shows are charged as stated there. To cancel or change a booking, use the link in your confirmation email or contact us.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in from 3:00 pm, check-out by 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible on request, subject to availability. On arrival we will ask for the identity documents of all guests, as Greek law requires.
Children, pets and conduct
Children are welcome; cots for infants are free of charge on request. Pets are welcome on request. Rooms are non-smoking. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the room or to hotel property. The hotel may refuse or end a stay in case of behaviour that endangers other guests or staff.
Liability
We look after your belongings as the law requires; please use the in-room safe for valuables. We are not liable for events outside our control, such as transport disruptions or severe weather.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Greek law and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Greece. Consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
