This website, noemesantorini.com, is operated by Filoxenia Group – ΑΡΓΥΡΗΣ ΕΜΜΑΝΟΥΗΛ ΓΙΑΝΝΑΚΟΠΟΥΛΟΣ Ο.Ε. (VAT no. 801762694), the company that runs the Noème Santorini hotel, Perissa 847 03, Santorini, Greece. What data we collect and why
Contact form. Your name, email address and message, and optionally your phone number and arrival date. We use them only to answer you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries and, where you ask about a stay, the steps needed before a contract.
Bookings. Reservations are made through our booking engine, provided by WebHotelier (reserve-online.net). The data you enter there, such as name, contact details, payment card details and stay details, is processed by WebHotelier on our behalf and by us in order to conclude and manage your booking, under WebHotelier’s own privacy policy. Legal basis: performance of a contract. Card data is never stored on this website.
During your stay. Greek law requires hotels to keep certain guest records (identity details, dates of stay) and tax records. Legal basis: legal obligation.
Technical data. Our hosting provider keeps server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited, time) for security and troubleshooting, for a limited period. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
We do not use your data for marketing unless you have given your consent, and we never sell it.
Who receives your data
WebHotelier (booking engine), our hosting and website provider (Hotel Revenue PC – HotelRev, Greece), our email provider, and public authorities where the law requires it. All providers act under contracts that bind them to protect your data. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends a request to Google’s servers; we do not transmit any personal data to Google.
How long we keep it
Contact enquiries: up to 12 months after our last exchange. Booking and guest records: for as long as Greek tax and hotel legislation requires, currently five years from the end of the year of your stay. Server logs: up to 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, to receive it in a portable format, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to noemesantorini@gmail.com; we reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
Security and changes
The site is served over HTTPS and access to data is limited to the people who need it to serve you. We may update this policy; the date below shows the current version.
