Perissa, south-east Santorini
Perissa is a beach village at the foot of Mesa Vouno, the mountain that separates it from Kamari. It has the longest stretch of black sand on the island, a seafront of tavernas and beach bars, and a slower pace than the caldera towns. Noème sits 500 m back from the water, inside the village.
Getting here
Santorini airport is 13 km away, approximately 25 minutes by car; the ferry port at Athinios is 10 km, approximately 20 minutes. We can gladly organize transportation from both the airport and the port, upon request. The public bus from Fira stops in Perissa, and there is free parking at the hotel if you rent a car, which on this side of the island is worth doing.
